Upside has a shelf life of 18 months if stored at room temperature away from humidity.

The FDA does not approve dietary supplements—by law, but they do regulate them. We strictly follow the FDA’s guidelines and are compliant with all rules and regulations. Our globally sourced ingredients are blended and manufactured in FDA-regulated facilities before they are shipped to FDA compliant fulfillment centers to be delivered to you.

Yes! We specifically designed Upside’s sticks to be portable and convenient. Each stick is 0.53 ounces, so we encourage you to bring a couple when you travel (to share with friends).

For light drinking, eat one stick before, during, or after drinking. If you plan to celebrate more than usual, we recommend taking one stick before drinking and another one after you’ve finished your last drink.

Our jelly is infused with raspberry flavoring to balance out our herbal ingredients. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how flavorful our jellies are :)

Our proprietary blend is centered on the natural, time-tested herbs, flowers and roots. The ingredients we use have been individually used by South Koreans for generations in their fight against hangovers. Our proprietary blend includes Hovenia Dulcis, China Root, Trifoliate Orange, Ginger Root, Chinese Cinnamon, Wolfberry, Cold Hardy Mandarin, Sickle Senna, Chinese Liquorice, Japanese Honeysuckle, and Ginger. Combinations of these ingredients have been used in South Korea and Japan for over three decades, and we are happy to bring our best blend to you.

If you see that you entered the incorrect shipping address when placing the order please email us right away. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we can’t make any changes to your order.
